Islanders Encouraged to regularly TLC (Touch, Look, Check)
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, an annual campaign to raise awareness about the impact of breast cancer.
Early detection dramatically increases the chances of survival so throughout Pink Month October ABC Jersey will be shouting loud and proud to raise awareness of the importance of checking yourself regularly through Touching, Looking and Checking.
There are a number of events being held around the Island throughout October to help share the message – but we’d like to encourage our local community to get behind Pink Month and support ABC Jersey this month and beyond!
