We’re sending a huge thank you to Grace Thompson, Breast Care Sister at the Newgate Street Breast Clinic, for her incredible fundraising efforts this Pink October in support of ABC Jersey.
Grace once again rallied the community with a powerful combination of fitness, cake, and community spirit – raising a phenomenal £2,733 to support Islanders affected by breast cancer.
Punching for a Purpose
Grace teamed up with the brilliant team at BoxinBusiness, who hosted an energising group class at their Grenville Studio. With gloves on and hearts full, participants packed a punch not just in the ring – but in their fundraising too.
“The boxing class was amazing, as always,” Grace said. “BoxinBusiness were great and the cake sale was a huge success.”
Sweet Support at the Hospital
Following the class, Grace brought the community together once again with a cake sale at the hospital – serving up delicious homemade treats for both staff and visitors. The perfect mix of sweat and sugar helped drive generous donations from supporters near and far.
